Etcetera-Design cardboard design brand, designed by Doppiospaziowas selected as Glocal partner by BMW for the BMW i. BORN ELECTRIC TOUR in Rome.
The BMW i. BORN ELECTRIC TOUR is about changing our perceptions of premium and luxury products. And how we can consume more sustainably in the future. For this reason BMW is partnering with local designers and companies involved in developing a ‘Next Premium’ range of sustainable luxury products; BMW invited them to exhibit in Rome, together with the new BMW-i prototipes. Among the glocal guests, Etcetera-Design was selected. The Etcetera design brand produces furniture and other items created from cardboard, an eco-friendly and recyclable natural material with unlimited design potential. The products are 100% made in Italy, and reflect the four main ‘e-principles’, which are estetica (aesthetics), ecologia (ecology), emozione (Emotion) and economicità (economy).
Etcetera believes in ‘democratic design’, which means keeping prices affordable so that many people can enjoy the products. We are also committed to sustainability, recyclability and conscientiously limiting the resources we use.
In the next year, BMW i. BORN ELECTRIC TOUR. will be in Düsseldorf, Tokyo, New York, London, Paris and Shanghai.

Doppiospazio confirms its partecipation in the new volume of the “Le ricette dei Designer” series. The new cookbook will feature 70 starters and appetizers recipes.
Doppiospazio’s recipe is a special “pittola”, a tipical dish from Salento, in the south of Puglia, the home of one of Doppiospazio’s designers.
A traditional recipe, that today is a perfect idea to stard a lunch or celebrate with a small meal.
The “pittole” or “pittule” were traditionally prepared on the eve of the “Immacolata” holiday, as a wish for a good olives harvest, and then again on Christmas Eve and in the last day of the year. Children would steal them in the kitchen, very warm, and then try to recognize the outline of animals and images in their irregular shapes. A small kudos to food that embodies tradition, emotion, memories.
A new national advertising campaign we just designed for Hydroplants Landscapes Design.
The concept is to see several realizations by Hydroplants Landscapes Design through a detail: because a beautiful garden or terraces are nothing but the ensemble of armonious details.
A different and special vision: a multi-subject campaign that shows many details from the photo shooting by Davide Piferi De Simoni.
Graphic design, advertising and concept by Doppiospazio.

Doppiospazio feels for the population that was hardly proven by the recent earthquake in the provinces of Ferrara and Modena.
The cultural heritage of these areas was also badly damaged; unfortunately, among many damaged buildings, there is also the Ghisilieri Chapel in San Carlo di Sant’Agostino; the church had undergone a restoration of the interiors by the architects Claudia Fabbri and Giovanni Marcello Tondi from Doppiospazio office.
The church, built in 1685, was small but rich in art pieces and recently uncovered fresco decorations; it was situated very close to the epicenter of the first shock of the earthquake.
We show you what’s left, thanking the Fire Brigade and the Art and Monument Survey, that helped recovering nearly all of the artpieces.
